Wheel Excavator
Here we see the Wheeled excavator sanding a trench for power trench. What's the difference you may say? Backhoes are good but have to do typical front bucket line up. Yes Backhoes are fast but when the guide in the trench wants it at particular place front bucket must be lined up this takes time. Tracked excavator very good very stable but again can damage road surface screwing around, time wise? Well lot of time wasted as there is no speed in track machine. With Wheeled excavator can deliver with high speed reverse or forward at same being stable however chassis lock must be on to do this type of operation. I found with this Excavator incredible speed in trench sanding yet no road damage what so ever.
Road Excavator
Lots of times through the day one has to stay on the road to dig a trench or more important find services. It can be at least up to 10 or more spots per day to dig of a road I found the Wheeled excavator good on road crossing particularly with gas water trenches where it has to be only 400 Mills deep. I keep a range of buckets from agi to 1600 mud of course emergency jobs to be pulled away from main job is common occurrence. The choirs can be endless in heavy paddock going it can be i use excavator to load trucks or un used concrete.
Tilt Hitch
For those who haven't had experiences with wheeled excavator a tilt hitch is a must performing so many task`s through the day can be endless a track excavator yes you can put some under the tracks to line up with but amount of time is endless. In trenching I found by using tilt bucket critical in getting side walls correct. V Drains transitional on banks where machine not level but V drain to be dug it cant be done with out tilt hitch.
Live Services
Have dug many of these and being on rubber wheels can be asset when digging live power. When digging around live services you dont want high hydraulic power just the opposite in fact less revs as possible main aim to stall the engine if it was possible to which it is not so in rubbing against live service least damage done as possible. Visibility always a problem and essential to have a spotter with you at all times in live services dig always i have on a blade bucket no teeth is critical.
